Greenback is currently being developed in partnership with Panelur and in collaboration with UDELAR (Faculty of Engineering, Faculty of Science) and with the support of ANII. This is the first operational residential prototype in the region, reusing lithium batteries initially intended for vehicle use.

To achieve this, we systematized backup components, allowing us to draw energy from the grid during off-peak hours and dumping energy during peak hours when energy costs are higher.

In addition to lowering energy supply costs, GreenBack operates as a backup system in the event of a power outage, offering various levels of reach and distribution, allowing the buildings involved to maintain their functionality and safety in all cases.
